Conveniently situated adjacent to Buffalo Bay Marina, all campsites/RV lots include a fire-pit, picnic table and access to modern washrooms with showers.

Guests also enjoy easy access to the convenience store, sandy bottom beach, fishing, laundromat, Lakefront and Lakeview Cabins, Lake of the Sandhills Golf Course, Fire & Water Bistro, VLT gaming lounge, Resort Centre, and Resort Centre Cabins.

Water & electricity site – $34 per night

• Reservations require a $30 non-refundable deposit per site/RV lot upon booking.

PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS (May 1^st – September 30^th):

 

Weekend bookings require a (2) night minimum stay (Friday and Saturday).

Long-Weekend bookings require a (3) night minimum stay (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Weekday bookings are Sunday – Thursday, with the exception of Mondays on Canadian Long Weekends.

 

7TH NIGHT FREE*: Book 6 nights and receive the 7th night FREE*

*Your stay may start any day of the week with the exception of Saturday.

 

Pricing is based on 4 person occupancy.

There is a maximum 6 person occupancy in Lakeview and Lakefront Cabins.

 

*Each additional person is – $25 per night in Lakeview/Lakeview Deluxe/Resort Centre Cabins and $50 per night in Lakefront/Lakefront Luxury Cabins.

*Maximum occupancy rules apply.

*Number of occupants must be disclosed at the time of booking.

 

A credit card is required at the time of booking on all accommodations.

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking.

Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.

Payment, in full, is due at check-in via cash, credit, or debit.

 

General Terms and Conditions

 

Check-in is from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am.

Credit card authorization for a damage deposit is held at the time of check-in.

All accommodations are non-smoking.

 

*If there is evidence of smoking in an accommodation, there will be a minimum sanitization fee of $200. All applicable charges are the responsibility of the renter.

Guests choosing to arrive late or depart early remain responsible for the entire length of their reservation.

All rates are subject to taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Rates are in Canadian funds.

Pet Policy

Buffalo Point Resort welcomes guests with four-legged companions at select pet-friendly cabins, Lakeview Cabins 3 & 4 and Lakefront Cabins 9 & 10.

1. Guests assume sole responsibility for their pet(s) at all times.
2. Guests bringing their pet(s) release Buffalo Point Resort from any and all liability for any injury and/or damage suffered by their pet(s).
3. The maximum number of pets allowed is (2) per cabin. Pet occupancy must be disclosed at the time of booking.
4. A non-refundable pet fee of $35, per pet, will be added to the booking price, a maximum of $70.
5. Guests are solely responsible for the costs of any and all damages caused by their pet(s)

including, but not limited to, physical damages and noise disturbances.

6. Pets are not permitted on the public beach.
7. Pets must be restrained on a leash or in a pet carrier whenever the pet is not in the cabin.
8. In accordance with the Province of Manitoba Laws, pets are not permitted in any

restaurant or venue serving food or beverages.

9. Guests are expected to remain with their pets. If pets must be left unattended, for a period of time, they must be properly crated/caged.
10. Resort employees will not enter a cabin with unattended pets.
11. Guests are responsible for noise their pet(s) creates and will ensure their pet(s) do not

disrupt the enjoyment of other resort guests. In the event a pet causes an unnecessary

disruption, the guest and pet may be asked to leave the premises. If a guest is asked to leave the premises, the guest will be responsible for any associated costs.

12. Guests must remove and properly dispose of any pet litter or bodily waste.

HOT TUB POLICY:

Misuse of the hot tub will result in an additional $150 cleaning/maintenance fee.

            *In the event the hot tub is unable to be balanced and properly cleaned/sanitized, the customer will be charged an additional $300 cleaning/maintenance fee.

            *Misuse of the hot tub includes but is not limited to: disregard of the hot tub safety rules, customer adding chemicals, removal of the filter, adjusting the temperature settings, turning off the breaker, adding outside products (ex: dish soap, sunscreen, bubble bath, etc.), and adding/leaving foreign objects.
